Deborah brings over 30 years of experience in FMCG and sales consultancy. She spent a decade with a leading UK wine and spirits manufacturer and has since advised sales leaders across Europe, Asia-Pac, and the US. Formerly Head of Teaching for an Australian commercial skills training company, she has held various sales management roles. They have also trained over 15,000 sales professionals, delivered customized projects for global clients, and oversees in-house training for commercial excellence at Swagger Sales.

Louis is a seasoned professional with global experience in the USA, Europe, Africa, and Australia. His diverse background includes technology, sales leadership, procurement, and professional services. From IBM Sales Management to Commercial Director at EasyGroup, and as an advisor for major Australian defense projects, Louis has led teams as Managing Partner for a professional services firm. With a BSc in Business Management, he is passionate about fostering high-performance cultures and profitability. Louis is known for his openness, directness, and pride in the sales profession.
